CHILI PEPPER HOT DIP

Ingredients:

1 Wind & Willow Chili Pepper Cheese Ball & Appetizer mix
1 8 oz Cream Cheese
½ cup Sour Cream
1/8 cup milk

Directions:

Over low heat stirring constantly, melt together cream cheese, sour cream, milk and contents of both Chili Pepper packets. Easy, quick and tasty! Serve with crackers, bread or tortilla chips for dipping. This is great for a delicious dinner with a vegetable salad and grilled chicken strips. Enjoy!

EASY ENCHILADAS

Ingredients:

Chili Pepper Hot Dip (see above)
8” flour tortillas from the grocery
1 lb very lean ground beef meat
¼ cup finely minced onions
1 can tomato sauce or diced tomatoes

Directions:

Cook meet and onions together until met is browned. Drain and add tomatoes or tomato sauce, spoon mixture on to tortillas. Roll up and place in a glass baking dish. Top with Chili Pepper Hot Dip. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Add a salad and you’ve got dinner. For dessert serve Wind & Willow Key Lime Pie.
